Vineyard: 4,000 vines\ha; bilateral cordon; varied exposure

Vinification: Total destemming before crushing, fermentation in steel tanks with temperature controlled between 18º to 20º, without yeast’s addition.

Ageing: 6 months in steel tanks. Bottling in August 2016 and ageing ever since

Alcohol: 12%

Total Acidity: 5,7 g/l

Residual Sugar: 0,5 g/l

Tasting Notes: Fresh nose with great balance between notes of fruit, vegetables and minerals: grapefruit, herbs and chalk. Mouth with good volume and very fresh acidity, notes of herbs and fruit more present along with some spices in a fresh and long finish.

Other Comments: It has the potential to age old in the bottle. Throw the bottles in a cold cellar. Consume at a temperature of 10º-11º.
